Dozens "Choose Respect" in Dillingham

Poor weather did not deter the many who turned out to march in Thursday's "Choose Respect" rally in Dillingham.

Maj. Gen. Thomas Katkus, the Commissioner of the Alaska Dept. of Military and Veterans Affairs, joined dozens of students and adults who marched the streets of downtown Dillingham Thursday. The aim of the rally, organized by SAFE, was to send a message that domestic violence, sexual assault, and child sexual abuse won't be tolerated, and that there is support for victims and survivors.
