One of the Democrats running to unseat Congressman Don Young has picked up several more endorsements. Forrest Dunbar is being supported by former State House member Eric Croft, retired educator Rob McCoy and former Alaska Democratic Party Chair Pattie Higgins. In a prepared statement Higgins said that because Dunbar has lived in both urban and rural Alaska, he appreciates issues like teacher retention and the need for distance learning in Alaska.
