Unofficial municipal election results are in for the Lake and Peninsula Borough

Results will be certified at the Lake and Peninsula Borough Assembly special meeting on Tuesday, December 1. Beth Hill holds a slim four vote lead over Glen R. Alsworth Jr. for school board seat C.

Unofficial election results are in for the Lake and Peninsula Borough municipal election. There’s two open seats in the borough assembly and three open seats for the school board.

Incumbent Randolph Alvarez leads with 170 votes ahead of challenger Evelynn Trefon’s 116 votes for seat A. Alvin Pedersen ran unopposed for assembly seat D, with 268 votes.

Beth Hill holds a slim four vote lead over Glen R. Alsworth Jr. for school board seat C. Hill has 149 while Alsworth has 145 votes.

Incumbent Shannon Johnson-Nanalook ran unopposed for school board seat A, she received 168 votes. Amber Christensen-Fox ran unopposed for school board seat D and has 260 votes. 

Results will be certified at the Lake and Peninsula Borough Assembly special meeting on Tuesday, December 1st. The meeting will be available via teleconference 1-866-339-5580 and the passcode is 2288317#.
