"Really what you have between the House and the Senate right now is competing visions for what the future of the state is going to look. That's how momentous this whole fiscal discussion really is," he says. The Nature Conservancy's Rand Hagenstein joins to discuss its recent granting of an in-stream water reservation at Lower Talarik Creek. We take a tour of the landfill to get a sense of why Dillingham's trash problems are so costly. Plus (more than) a handful of youngsters lay some science facts on us ahead of Earth Day tomorrow.
