Six Dillingham athletes placed in the top five in their events, and the team stood out for their attitude, effort, and sportsmanship.

The state tournament for Native Youth Olympics was held last weekend in Anchorage. Several Dillingham athletes finished in the top five in their events, and --- grader Sarah Schroeder took first in the Eskimo Stick Pull. Dillingham also took several notable team awards. - Kendall Dray - 4th in Kneel Jump at 42.75". 5th in Alaskan High Kick at 68" with two misses.
- Danny Miller - 4th in Wrist Carry at 467'7".
- Sarah Schroeder - 1st in Eskimo Stick Pull.
- Sydney Dray - 2nd in Toe Kick at 60" with zero misses. 4th Two Foot High Kick at 70" with two misses.
- Drew Carlos - 3rd in One Foot High Kick at 82".
- Brittney Dray - 3rd in Seal Hop at 116'1.75".
- Tristan Chaney and Dylan Wassily each received a "Sportsmanship/Helper Award"
- Coach Karl Clark is the 2014 "Coach of the Year" **Clark and Paul Paul from Kipnuck are the only two coaches to have one this award more than once; Clark has won twice, Paul four times.
- Dillingham was awarded "Best Team Banner"
- Dillingham was awarded 2014 "Gloria Walker Team Sportsmanship Award"
