Fish For Kids Brings Bristol Bay Salmon Into Local Schools

A flatbed truck stacked high with frozen Bristol Bay sockeye salmon filets left the Peter Pan processing plant Monday. Fisherman and Peter Pan Seafood donated 6 thousand pounds of local fish that will be enjoyed in school lunchrooms in Southwest Alaska in the coming months. KDLG’s Ben Matheson has the story.
