Bingmans face legal troubles in Dillingham

James Bingman, Jr., was on trial today at the courthouse in Dillingham, facing a felony charge of Coercion and Fear Accusation of a Crime. James Bingman Sr. is being sued by the City of Dillingham for failing to pay approximately $170,000 dollars in sales taxes from the apartment buildings he owns and rents in town.     KDLG's Dave Bendinger has more:
