Lawmakers Face the Press at the Close of the Session

The members of the Alaska Legislature wrapped up a contentious yet historic session on Friday. They passed legislation that could result in the long-awaited natural gas pipeline and they increased funding for the state’s public education system. Members of the leadership faced the press on Friday before heading home. KDLG’s Mike Mason listened in and filed this report.
