Tribal representatives from across the state delivered over 30-resolutions to the Anchorage office of Alaska Governor Sean Parnell on Thursday. The resolutions all oppose a bill intended to stream-line the permitting system for the use of state lands in Alaska. KDLG’s Mike Mason has the story.
