Cohen Group calls EPA fairness into question

In Pebble-funded study, former Defense Secretary William Cohen say agency should've allowed Pebble to enter standard NEPA permitting process. 

The Pebble Mine is back in the news this week. First, came reports that dozens of Pebble opponents were issued subpoenas as part of a lawsuit in federal court. Then a report issued Tuesday by the Cohen Group made the claim that EPA has acted unfairly in its efforts to block Pebble's development with preemptive restrictions. The Cohen Group, founded by former US Senator and Clinton Defense Secretary William Cohen, was hired last March by Pebble to conduct the independent review. KDLG's Dave Bendinger has more:
