A 1.5 mile long sheen was seen coming from the sunken tender Lonestar, and fishermen have reported oil in their nets.

The entire Igushik section was closed to fishing Friday, as an oily sheen continues to spread from the tender Lonestar that sank last Sunday morning.  Fish and Game gave the order at 1pm, following reports of oily nets downstream of the site.
