The Bristol Bay Fisheries Report is back. Friday's report includes details about Thursday night's public townhall meeting in Dillingham with Senator Lisa Murkowski and a report about the upcoming Coast Guard fishing vessel safety inspection in the Bay. This year’s Togiak sac-roe herring fishery featured more participation and a larger quota compared to recent years. That’s according to data outlined during a meeting held earlier this week in Dillingham. KDLG’s Mike Mason was there and filed this report.
