In advance of the 2015 shareholder meeting, BBNC will hold informational meetings in Dillingham, New Stuyahok, Kokhonak, Chignik Bay, Manokotak, and Togiak. 

The new fund, created by the BBNC, will invest only in ventures that benefit the Bristol Bay region. 

The Bristol Bay Development Fund, a fund created by the Bristol Bay Native Corporation in October 2014, has announced its first investment. 

The Bristol Bay Development Fund was set up with a mandate to invest specifically for the benefit of the Bristol Bay region.

The premier Democratic Candidate for US Senate has received endorsement from a local native corporation.  KDLG’s Chase Cavanaugh has details.

On Friday, the Bristol Bay Native Corporation’s Education Foundation sold more than $6.48 million worth of mining shares donated by Rio Tinto.  KDLG’s Chase Cavanaugh has details on how the Foundation will make use of the windfall.
