KDLG: A call went out before noon Friday that a plane might have crashed just off of Shannon's Pond, a float plane base in Dillingham. Volunteer fire and EMS, police, and troopers responded.

Dillingham Police say no one was injured after a Bay Air Beaver on floats crashed into some brush off the edge of the pond. No cause was given, and no injuries reported.

Bay Air is one of the Dillingham area's primary float plane charter companies, owned and operated by longtime pilot Tom Schlagel.
