Funeral services for Bob Kallstrom to be held Saturday in Dillingham

 A funeral service will be held at 1 p.m. on Saturday, September 1, at the Dillingham High School. 

A long-time Dillingham resident, Robert Kallstrom was deeply engaged in the community. He and his wife, Blanche, owned L&M Supplies hardware store. Kallstrom also commercial fished in Bristol Bay for more than 50 years. Kallstrom passed away on August 20 at Providence Hospital in Anchorage at the age of 85.

A funeral service will be held at 1:00 p.m on Saturday, September 1, at the Dillingham High School. A visitation will take place from 12 - 1:00 p.m. 

A reception and potluck will be held following the service at the Dillingham Elementary School gym. With questions, call 907-843-0307.

A funeral service will be held at 2 p.m. on Tuesday, August 28, at Janssen's Mat-Su Funeral Home, 6901 East Blue Lupine Drive in Palmer. A public viewing will be held one hour prior to the service.

A reception and potluck will immediately follow the service.
