DOT Planning to Redo the Downtown Loop in Dillingham

Dillingham is the largest community in the Bristol Bay region and the city’s downtown area is the most heavily trafficked part of town. The state owned roads that make up the main downtown loop are in poor shape, with drainage problems and sections of the roads are heavily potholed. As KDLG’s Mike Mason reports…the state of Alaska is planning a large project to fix the roads.
