Roy Kasak, 49, was arrested Friday on a charge that he kissed a fondled a 15-year old girl in his vehicle last August in Dillingham.
DILLINGHAM: Another Dillingham man is in custody for allegedly sexually abusing a 15-year old girl.
Roy C. Kasak, 49, was arrested after police investigated allegations he kissed and fondled the victim in his vehicle after he offered her a ride home.
Dillingham police believe the incident happened in late August. Officers opened an investigation in early September after the abuse was reported by the Office of Children's Services.
On Thursday, police officers interviewed Kasak, who reportedly admitted to some of the allegations. A warrant was issued for his arrest Friday, and he was taken into custody on one felony charge of third degree sexual abuse of a minor.
Kasak was held on $5000 bail at the Dillingham jail pending a scheduled arraignment Friday afternoon.
