KDLG: A Dillingham man was arrested Friday after allegedly strangling a woman until she lost consciousness.
The incident occurred at the Forestview Apartments in HUD. Police say 29-year-old Andrew "Weebee" Olsen was highly intoxicated and had put one hand on the victim’s neck until she blacked. He was charged with second degree assault and held at the jail pending arraignment.
