Two Overnight Burglaries in Dillingham

Teddy's Convenience Store and the Landfill's office were broken into, with some money missing from both locations.

DILLINGHAM:  Police are investigating another small spree of burglaries that occurred sometime last night.

The Department said Friday morning that the Teddy’s Convenience store on Lake Road was robbed, with cigarettes, coins, and food stolen. The office at the Dillingham's landfill was also broken into, with an unknown amount of cash stolen there also.

Teddy’s Convenience Store was robbed back in early October, on a night when several area businesses were broken into. The police were able to apprehend the responsible individuals at the time, and said Friday that several of them are still in jail.

Police chief Dan Pasquariello said officers have been investigating at both locations Friday morning, but have not yet identified any suspects.

Anyone with information is asked to call the department at 842-5354.
