DILLINGHAM: The Togiak VPSO arrested Justin Forbes, 24, after he allegedly assaulted two females in Togiak Monday night. One of the females is pregnant.
Forbes had left the scene, but the VPSO found him at a nearby residence. Forbes was reportedly under the influence of alcohol, in violation of the conditions of his probation from an earlier felony assault conviction.
He was arrested and transported to Dillingham for arraignment on two counts of fourth degree assault.
